The bachelor’s thesis deals with an evaluation of the situation of individual entities from a selected company on the basis of information and documentation provided by the company. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part, of which theoretical part consists of individual definitions which are related to the thesis, it deals in more detail with claims which then helps realization of the analysis in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of supplier-customer relationships within individual entities of the selected company. The invoices issued in 2020 within the entities provided by the company were subjected to the analysis. The results of the analysis were then evaluated, commented and on the basis of the results are written recommendations for improvements and innovations in the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on debt collection and debt security of the specific creditor. It is primaly focused on information about legal enforcement, accounting, taxes and economics. It specifies claims of this creditor, within context of insolvency. These claims are analysed regarding debt collection and rate of enforcement. Main task of this thesis is to provide creditor with effective solution for debt collection and new perspective.

Because of a growing number of services offered by the Masaryk University to its students, and because of the ever-changing legislation of the Czech Republic, a need for an implementation of a new information system, capable of processing payments for university’s services, has arisen. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current condition of payments at the university, consider users’ demands, choose an appropriate information system and project its implementation. It is utterly necessary to keep the costs of implementation at acceptable levels and above all the system must be able to be operated without the need for new employees. The proposed system must be universal because of various natures of services offered and goods sold, as well as it must be efficient. It is required that the system will be able to handle the growth of both number of clients and provided services.

The bachelor‘s thesis considers harmonization of value added tax in the European Community. It targets the refundation of VAT. The thesis analyses influence of communitary law on national law and the diferences between legislations of individual states. Issue of the thesis is describe conditions and examination of the claim to refundation. It describes whole procedure of tax subjects in the proces of refundation from the states of European Union.

The theory financial analysis, its methods and tools, are discribed in the first part of this thesis. The financial analysis performed in analytic part of this thesis. Profitability ratios, asset management ratios, dept management ratios, liquidity ratios, Index IN and Altman index were used.. The work objektive of this master´s thesis is disclosure of problematic areas and proposal improvment of claim management.

This bachelor thesis deals with the recovery of claims in XYZ s.r.o. Basic terms are explained initially, focusing on the legal, accounting, economy and tax point of view. Analysis of current status provides information about the commercial entity and a breakdown of the claims, including their security rights and recovery. Based on the findings, there are recommendations provided in order to possibly improve the state of claim recovery.
